Meghan E. Houck, CFP®, AIF®, is a Financial Representative with Principal Financial Group® and a Registered Representative and Financial Advisor with Principal Securities, Inc. She began her career in financial services shortly after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Penn State University in 2005, when she joined the practice of John L. McKeever III, CLU®, ChFC®, a well established professional with more than fifty years of experience in the industry.
Meghan has been part of the practice’s leadership since 2015, when she became an owner of the firm alongside Jim Murray, AIF®, RICP®. Together, they have built a team structure that emphasizes attentive service, clear communication, and a supportive experience for clients. Their work includes providing guidance in areas such as retirement planning, investment management strategies, estate planning considerations, and risk management. In 2021, they expanded their team to include John Paul Murray as a partner.
Meghan holds her Life & Health insurance license in addition to her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
She resides in Warrington, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their children. Outside of her professional work, Meghan enjoys running, reading, spending time with her family, and vacationing in Ocean City, New Jersey.
